The nX1 is programmable with CODESYS, a software platform designed for modern industrial automation. The IEC 61131-3 development environment covers PLC programming and HMI (WebVisu) in a single tool.

CODESYS Store Ready

The nX1 integrates the CODESYS runtime in its purest form — all standard libraries and additional components available on the CODESYS Store are supported without modifications.

Fieldbus and Industry 4.0

nX1 natively supports:

• EtherCAT Master with configurator
• CANopen Master with configurator
• Modbus TCP Client (Master) with configurator
• OPC UA Server

Additional fieldbuses can be enabled via licenses from the CODESYS Store. All communication stacks include a configurator for network setup and diagnostics.

Thanks to libraries for MQTT, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, the nX1 is Industry 4.0 ready.
